Yamaha U1 Piano, 5-year old, almost perfect condition in Newton Road, Northeast Singapore for sale

The piano is made in 2009, only 5-years old, and in almost perfect condition. We bought it for my daughter to learn piano, but unfortunately she did not enjoy learning. So most of the time, the piano is standing in the living room, not being played, under thick cover, and with heaters turned on 24/7. Its series number is 6277337, which you can look up for its manufacturing date.
Since it is a recent model, it has the improved frame/structure (more steadier and better sound), a soft-closing lid, and wide music-sheet rack.
We are an expat family and will return to the USA in the summer. We hope this nice instrument can find a new home and is played by a music lover.
Included is the black cover, which is soft and clean, and a piano bench with faux leather top, and a key.
